12/9 Felt like it was hand picked for me
Thank you all for the generous gifts I received last week. Each bit felt like it was hand picked for me. The ornament was especially special. This season is hard, but knowing that I have complete strangers praying for me and sending me their love is a feeling I cannot describe. Thank you so much 💕 Lindsey
12/9 Your visit is a response to my conversations with God
Thank you precious and faithful women
Message: There aren't enough words to say Thank you for your generous gift and hope. Your visit is a response to my conversations with God in the last few days. In this new journey he has me walking, he has brought angels to remind me he will not leave me or forsake me, he gives me peace and conforts my soul. Thank you and have a very blessed Christmas Margaret
12/6 A pizza surprise
Yesterday we received a card from 12 Ordinary Women containing a gift card to a local pizza shop. A shop that we enjoy but don't often splurge on. We LOVE pizza, and this was just the perfect gift of comfort in a time of great uncertainty for our family. Today, our little girl has a follow-up MRI, and we aren't expecting good news. Greater than the gift of pizza is the gift of knowing that there are so many people who love our little girl and who are diligently praying for healing and for peace on our behalf. Thank you so much for your generosity with your money and your time. We are so grateful. Stephanie
12/2 Where do I begin?
Yesterday on 12/02, I heard a knock on my door and looked out to see 2 ladies. They were there to give me a gift. I was so confused as I didn’t know them, but finally figured out that they, somehow, heard about the loss of my mom and my brother, who died 20 days apart. To say that I was surprised is an understatement! And to receive such a generous gift, I have no words, except to say ‘Thank you’! One of the gifts was a gift card to a spa…I don’t know how they knew how much I needed a day to relax. But, what I cherish most is the hand written card-so full of love from God and the 12 ordinary women. I read it over and over, and it has given me strength and hope that extra-ordinary people do care! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
I don’t even know how to begin with how to thank you. I lost my mom and my brother in a span of less than three weeks. But you came along and, you not only gave me hope, but my returned my trust in Christ. Thank you so much! Dana
11/24 An act of kindness
I don't know how to show my appreciation for this act of kindness. It makes it extra special when you are dealing with a lot of negativity in your life. I don't know the person who dropped off the card, or how I was picked, but it made me cry. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for whoever was behind this act of kindness. Thank You!!! Manju
11/18 Beautiful flowers

All I can say is that I truly appreciate your generosity and kindness. May God continue to bless your ministry Thank you so very much. Gloria
11/18 Minneapolis thank you
You really should be called "12 Extraordinary Women." But I figure that you don't really need that title. You do what you do because that's who you are.
It was a huge surprise to have someone at my door last Sunday morning (I think). I'm the one who tries to honor others with what they might want/need. I'm moving slower now with a shoulder replacement, and don't know if I'll get to my gift giving. I do it in honor of my daughter Maria, who died 3 years ago. Sigh.
I'm a caregiver to the 3 guys who live in my house - a husband paralyzed on the left from a stroke and 2 grandsons, who both have issues and need extra services. To be honest with you, they think of me as being the Grande Dame and don't offer much to me during my recuperation. If only I appeared weaker to them...
Even though I have a lot going for me - I can hardly believe that I'm saying this - I really loved being singled out and recognized. I still teach part-time in Minneapolis Public Schools. I'm 72 years old, and love it! I work with babies who are blind/low vision. My work continues to give me hope, which I know is your mission. Work saves my soul.
I have not had any respite in a long time. I hope to use your gift for an airline ticket to somewhere (I have friends and family out of state) to get a break. And who doesn't like nice things - socks, soaps, chocolate, etc?
You made my day, week, month...
Thanks and PEACE to all of you.
Kathy

11/9 Beautiful gift after a hard day
I came to work after having a hard day the day before. My gift surprised me as it was left for me. Because it was left to me anonymously I wanted to make sure I said thank you from the bottom of my heart. My gift was BEAUTIFUL, and I will hold it dear to my heart. Ashley
