Yesterday was an extremely difficult day after leaving my oncologist office. We have gotten to a point in my treatment with my brain cancer, where we are trying tricky things to try and get the cancer stble. I was very emotional, depressed, hopeless, it was just a really hard day. Then we get a knock on the door from two women who are a part of this amazing group. They gifted me a beautiful, devotional book, as well as a card with a tremendous gift inside. Tears started to flow before I even opened the card and saw the gift, because I thought it was such a God thing that of all days they came on a day that was most difficult for me. I cannot thank this group enough for blessing me as much as they have. We all held hands and prayed together before they left and I just want to say I am truly grateful. May God bless all of you.
