My family and I are extremely grateful to your organization for the very generous monetary gift and the beautiful plant to the Taylor Hayden Memorial Fund to End Gun Violence! This journey has been exceptionally difficult for all of us. We fight daily to put one foot in front of the other and we're able to do it with the prayers of wonderful people like all of you. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we try to navigate through this awful experience. When you came with the flowers and money I was in Houston, where Taylor was living, going through her personal belongings and clearing them out to friends, family and donations. That was a very tough job but I know many people, such as 12 Ordinary Women have us in their prayers and that got me through. As your card indicated, this time of year is difficult.
