I cannot put into words what the anonymous card and gift meant to me. I just went to my oncologist for my yearly check up. I mentioned to him that I was having a bout of vertigo for the 4th time this year. In examining me, he discovered a swollen lymph node under my left armpit. As a survivor since 1999 and again in 2005, I have had scares along the way, but none like this. I sweated the time I had going for an MRI of my head and CT scan. By the grace of God, the tests came back negative. I am truly blessed and grateful. Receiving your gift shortly after going through this difficult time, reinforced in me, that yes, I am a survivor and pray I can continue to say those words with thanks for many years to come.
